Meet Zach & Brianna Vander Ploeg
Zach and Brianna Vander Ploeg are the husband-and-wife team behind Rodan Cleaning. Zach bought the company from his father Dan, continuing a family tradition of service while bringing new energy to the business. As lifelong Des Moines residents, they're deeply connected to the community Rodan serves. Brianna handles operations and strategic planning while Zach focuses on quality systems and client relationships. Together, they lead with shared values of integrity, excellence, and accountability.
As business and life partners, Zach and Brianna lead with the conviction that people - not just processes - create exceptional service. They invest heavily in their team through Cleaning University training, respect for the work their cleaners do, and creating a workplace people want to stay at for years.
